Several restaurants participating in Schenectady restaurant week

Hungry? The dinner bell is ringing this week in the Electric City. Schenectady restaurant week is underway.
Participating restaurants are offering special fixed-price menus all week for $30, featuring appetizers, entrées and desserts. Select restaurants will also have special lunch menus.
Some of the businesses participating include Mexican Radio, Katie O’ Byrne’s, More Perreca’s Italian Kitchen, and Johnny’s Restaurant.
“Restaurant week is an excellent opportunity for us to highlight the outstanding diversity of restaurants that make Schenectady a go-to regional dining destination,” said Jim Salengo, the executive director of the downtown Schenectady Improvement Corporation.
Reservations are recommended and may be required at some places.
