Sunmark Credit Union has raised more than $80,000 for its charitable community foundation.

It was done through a golf tournament last month at Normanside Country Club in Delmar.
The foundation is devoted to the credit union’s philosophy of people helping people.
It serves to help several local communities, support financial education and improve the quality of life for people in need.
The golf tournament had more than 120 golfers and 67 corporate sponsors.
“The Charity Golf Classic helps the Foundation continue to make a positive impact in the communities we serve,” Sunmark’s Chief Marketing officer, Amber Cooleen said.

“Thanks to the continued support of our sponsors and participants, we’re able to continue putting this event on each year, which bolsters our efforts to serve non-profit organizations.”
