Sweet Mimi’s Café and Bakery marks 10 years
Sweet Mimi’s Café and Bakery in Saratoga Springs is celebrating its 10th anniversary.
Owner Jeannette Liebers said she is grateful for the eatery’s continued success – along with the sweet surprises along the way.
“I can’t think of a better place to be a small business owner than in this community of Saratoga Springs and the surprise has been in the staff and the customers that have made this their go-to place,” she said.
The menu features Roman eggs, cinnamon roll pancakes, flaky scones and warm muffins that comes out of the oven all-day. They also have oversized chocolate chip chunk cookies and seasonal specials.
Sweet Mimi’s aims to remain a Phila Street fixture well into the future.
“I hope we’re going to be here for a long time to come. We love being where we are in the beautiful building of Caffe Lena and we hope we’re going to continue to do what we do and welcome more visitors from all over the country,” he said.
