Wine, strawberry festival coming to Altamont Fairgrounds

Love wine and strawberries? A festival for you is returning to the Altamont Fairgrounds.
The festival is a hybrid event and is set for June 3 and 4.
You can taste and sample products from more than 20 wineries and distilleries. Area chefs will hold demonstrations.
New York cheese and charcuterie will be paired with New York wines and you can enjoy live music.
You’ll also find art, craft and specialty food shopping, a food cart, strawberry shopping, a kids zone and more.

The event is rain or shine with wine tasting and sampling inside a building.
General admission is $10 for adults.
Separate tickets for the wine and spirits are an additional $10 for unlimited tasting.
Parking is free.
