According to our media partners at the Berkshire Eagle, 37-year-old Jessica Lotto was sentenced Friday to three months in prison, plus one year of supervised release.
Lotto confessed that while she was working at Berkshire Medical Center back in February of 2019, she entered a patient’s room in the critical care unit and used a syringe to steal Fentanyl being administered to the patient through an IV line.
The patient was sedated and had no idea.
