The snow didn’t slow down a major project in Schodack. Crews from Keller Construction were back out on Route 9 Tuesday morning, working to extend water and sewer lines from the split at routes 9 and 20 to the Columbia County border.

Crews from Keller Construction were back out on Route 9 Tuesday morning, working to extend water and sewer lines from the split at routes 9 and 20 to the Columbia County border.
That road is already home to the Amazon Distribution Center, with a second Amazon project located nearby.
The work will have major and positive impacts for economic development and quality of life, Rensselaer County Executive Steve McLaughlin said.
