Ballston Spa man admits to drugged driving

A Ballston Spa man has pleaded guilty to driving while impaired by drugs.

Steven T. Stangle, 41, admitted in Saratoga County Court Tuesday that on Feb. 20, he drove while impaired during a traffic stop in Clifton Park. He was impaired and had drugs in the vehicle police, said, which he attempted to destroy when officers approached.

Stangle is scheduled to be sentenced on March 5.
