A 26-year-old Bennington County man is accused of sexually assaulting a minor.

Dallas B. Oliver, of Sunderland, Vermont, was charged with three counts of sexual assault. The investigation stemmed from a report Vermont State Police received on Sept. 26.

He was scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Bennington Criminal Division on Friday afternoon.
