Code blue in effect in Albany
With those cold temperatures on the way, Albany issued a code blue alert.

A code blue is called when the temperature is expected to be 32 degrees or colder, that includes the wind chill.
Anyone in need of shelter can go to the Capital City Rescue Mission on South Pearl Street in Albany, the shelter on State Street or the IPH Haven on Swan Street.
