A Mechanicville man is accused of presenting forged identifying documents at the Department of Motor Vehicles in Clifton Park.
Jose A. Vasquez Cortes, 32, was arrested at the DMV after staff contacted police.
He was charged with possession of a forged instrument and released on an appearance ticket.
