New Jersey man arrested for violating human remains

A man wanted in New Jersey for violating human remains was found here in the Capital Region.

U.S. Marshals arrested Alton Eubanks today in the town of Berne.

Eubanks was wanted out of Trenton, New Jersey for the alleged desecration of human remains in connection with a suspicious death.

The U.S. Marshal for the Northern District of New York called Eubanks “a danger to society.”
