Police: Malta man gave indecent material to minor  

A Malta man is accused of sending indecent material to a minor.  

Frank C. Evans Jr., 36, allegedly was having inappropriate contact with a person he believed to be a minor. He distributed indecent material to this person, police said.  

The investigation began on Dec. 24. Evans was arrested on Wednesday in Saratoga Springs.   

He was charged with disseminating indecent material to minors. 

He was arraigned in Malta Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
