Since 2016, Century Park has tried to plant red-leaved ragweed on a large scale. After 6 years of careful cultivation, the plant type of red-leaved ragweed is limited at 60cm high, and 85% of the plants form a compact plant type, just like a sea of flowers.

This year, based on the planting experience of previous years, the staff of Century Park strengthened each red-leaved ragweed during its growth period, and installed a supporting device for each plant so that it could resist the attack of typhoon season in Shanghai. And these red-leaved ragweed maintains in good condition after the typhoon Muifa passing through.

As the weather cools down a bit compared to the past hot summer, the tender green of red-leaved ragweed in the early stage will gradually turn into yellow, orange, red, and purple, making tourists feel the beauty of nature and the strong autumn atmosphere.
