Round Lake man faces drug charges after stop

State Police arrested a Round Lake man Tuesday on felony drug charges.

Troopers stopped a vehicle on Pearl Street in Waterford at about 11:36 p.m. for a traffic violation. The driver was identified as 43-year-old Howard Harrison and police determined that he did not have a valid driver’s license. Police also found multiple narcotics in his vehicle, according to a news release.

Harrison was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and other traffic violations. He was arraigned in Waterford Town Court and sent to the Saratoga County Correctional Facility without bail.
