A Saratoga Springs man was sentenced Wednesday to three years in prison for sexual abuse.
Joseph Freshwater, 30, pleaded guilty in March.
Freshwater was arrested on Aug. 7 a day after the incident took place.
He also was placed on 10 years of post-release supervision.
