Suspect in 2019 Schenectady murder already behind bars

An arrest warrant has been issued in a 2019 homicide in Schenectady.
A warrant has been obtained for a 20-year-old suspect who is currently being held at a state correctional facility on an unrelated charge.
That person is now facing charges in the death of Roscoe Foster.
The suspect, whose name isn’t being released, is expected to be arraigned on charges of first-degree murder on Monday.
