Texas cheese maker celebrates 40 years in business

DALLAS, Texas – One Texas cheese maker has been helping to bring a taste of Italy to Dallas for more than four decades.
Paula Lambert is the founder of The Mozzarella Company.
Lambert spent five years in Italy.
When she moved here, she started a factory to make fresh mozzarella.
Her company now makes more than 30 different cheeses from cow and goats milk.
