Levi Haga loves to speed through the halls of his Bristol, Virginia high school on his wheelchair every day.
However, if school resource officer Jason Barlow hears him, he tracks Levi and his aide Kaitlin Owens down.
What started as a joke has become a daily thing for nearly two years now, where Barlow gives Levi a speeding ticket.
Owens says it makes Levi’s day every day.
It also makes Barlow’s day.
