Wisconsin boy hopes to give back with another mullet win

A Wisconsin boy made a name for himself with his hair, last summer.
Emmitt Bailey, 9, won the title of USA Mullet Championships Kid Division, along with $2,500. Now he wants to win it again.
His dream this time is to give back to the community that helped him win, by helping others who share his go-cart passion.
