200+ students learn about construction trade in Albany

The next generation of construction workers in Albany got their chance to have a day at the shop.

The North Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters hosted more than 200 students for a full-day workshop at their Albany Training Center. Students were given the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of a career in the construction trades.

Students were taught by instructors from the North Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters.

They gained hands-on experience with a number of skills, including installing solar panels.
