Nearly 60 students from 21 local school districts are representing Capital Region BOCES in the state SkillsUSA competition.
The event will test their abilities in the skilled trades and workplace.
It started Wednesday evening, April 24 and runs through Friday, April 26.
Winners will advance to the national competition in Atlanta this June.
