A new study finds stress during the pandemic likely led to too much screen time for kids.

Researchers from the University of Washington found nearly a third of children were engaged in troublesome media usage.

Children who became addicted to media use had social, behavioral or academic issues.

The results of the survey suggests children with parents who experienced more psychological distress had notably higher usage.
