Hochul kicks off campaign to highlight responsible driving during prom season

Prom and graduation season for high school students in the Capital Region is fast approaching.

The Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee and The Department of Motor Vehicles are kicking off the “No Empty Chair” campaign.

The campaign is to encourage responsible driving and prevent crashes involving teenagers in the hope there will be no empty chairs during prom and graduation season.
