Kentucky teen looking to grow best mullet in America

Josh Scott from Frankfort, Kentucky is looking to grow the best mullet in America.
The Kentucky high school student is one of dozens of people entered into the USA Mullet Championship.
Josh has been growing the mullet for two and a half years.
His inspiration is his dad, who sported a mullet back in high school.
The top prize is $1,000. Josh says if he wins, he will give some of it to his church.
Should his mullet come up short of the grand prize this year, Josh says just rinse and repeat.
