Lee middle, high schoolers forced to turn off cell phones all day
Students at Lee Middle and High School no longer have access to their phones during the day.
Students at Lee Middle and High School no longer have access to their phones during the day.
The new cell phone policy went into effect on Monday.
The policy, called “No Cell from Bell to Bell,” means students can hold onto their phones, but they must be turned off.
The first time a student is caught using their phone, it will be taken to the school office where they can get it back at the end of the day. For a subsequent offense, a parent or guardian will have to come pick up the phone.
