Local student’s painting could travel the world
We have new information on the local teen whose artwork will be featured at the Smithsonian.

Daniel Rivera is a senior at Berlin High School.
His painting called “tears of miss justice: mourning a broken system” won a national award.
We now know in September Daniel’s painting will be displayed at the Smithsonian.
It will then become a permanent part of the art in embassies collection – where his painting will travel throughout embassies of the world.
