Camp Stomping Ground, an independent nonprofit summer camp in rural Saratoga County, has successfully raised nearly $500,000 to expand its facilities and programming.

The project includes a new state-of-the-art bathhouse and four additional cabins – making room for 160 more children each year.

Thanks to grassroots efforts and support from local philanthropists and foundations, this expansion strengthens the camp’s mission to build empathy, creativity and community among young people.

By immersing campers in a unique outdoor setting, the program encourages children to explore, create, invent and imagine together.

The camp’s diverse programming is designed to bring together children from various backgrounds and identities to develop essential life skills that prepare them for future success.

The camp is teaming up with Kelly’s Angels again this summer to send two kids to camp for two weeks for free.

The kids must be between 7 and 12 years old and have persevered through some form of adversity. If you’d like your children to attend, you can email kellysangelsinc@gmail.com.
