Oral immunotherapy treatment could help infants with peanut allergies

Peanut allergies affect more than one million kids in the United States, and only a few will outgrow them.

A new study looked at how oral immunotherapy can help them build tolerance. 

During the treatment, infants were given increasing amounts of peanut protein over time, monitored by an allergist.
