Shen art students paint murals to brighten Clifton Park courtroom

The Clifton Park Town Court courtroom got a makeover on Monday.

Students from Shenendehowa High School’s art department painted two murals on the walls of the courtroom.

This idea started because numerous couples in the courtroom are married, and the walls of the room were pretty “sterile,” said Town Justice Robert Ryback.

The students are part of The National Art Honor Society at the school – which is made up of juniors and seniors who are passionate about art.
