We Salute You: Carlos Maisonet-Machuca Sr.

Please join us in saluting Army SP4 Carlos Maisonet-Machuca Sr. of Rochester, who spent time working at the Stratton VA Center in Albany.

The father, grandfather and great-grandfather served from 1968 to 1995, including time as a military police officer.

He passed away in 2018 and is buried at Saratoga National Cemetery.
