We Salute You: David Rathbun

Please join us in saluting David Rathbun of Stillwater.

The husband and father of two served as a Petty Officer in the Navy Seabees, including two tours in Vietnam.

He also worked for the New York State Office of General Services and was mayor of the village of Stillwater for 12 years.
