We Salute You: Jack King Sr.

Please join us in saluting Navy RM3 Jack King Sr. of Fort Edward.

He served in England during World War II.

His ship was sunk and washed up on the beach of Normandy, and he spent a day and a half in the English Channel before rescue.

Sadly, he was killed in a car crash in 1961.
