We Salute You: Richard Nolin

Please join us in saluting Army SP4 Richard Nolin of Waterford.

The new grandfather served from 1981 to 1987, including two tours in Germany.

More recently, he’s worked for the Saratoga County Veterans Service Agency, driving Saratoga County Veterans to appointments at the VA Hospital in Albany.
