Please join us in saluting Air Force A2C William Hanson of Canaan in Columbia County.
He served during the 1960s, and was a radio operator during the Cuban Missile Crisis, and received an Air Force Good Conduct Medal.
He was also a fire chief in Canaan.
He passed away in 2018.
