Minnesota woman making dolls for Toys For Tots

AUSTIN, Minn. – Bobbie Carra calls Comforcare in Austin, Minnesota home. She’s been busy making dolls by hand. She’s made around 20 since July.

Her goal is to make 40 by Thanksgiving. She plans on giving them all to Toys For Tots.

Carra’s late husband Bob served in the United States Marines, and Toys For Tots was something they always did together.

Carra says making the dolls is easy, and it’s her way of spreading some extra joy here on Earth.
