A judge has postponed the trial of Nauman Hussain, the operator of the limo company in the Schoharie limo crash.
Judge Peter Lynch had scheduled the manslaughter trial to start on Halloween, October 31.
NewsChannel 13 has learned that the judge has postponed the trial and scheduled a virtual hearing for Wednesday to pick a new trial date.
Lee Kindlon, one of Hussain’s attorneys, is in a trial in Montgomery County and couldn’t be reached for comment on Tuesday afternoon.
Hussain is charged with 20 counts, one for each of the 20 people who died in the October 2018 crash in Schoharie.
