New Texas mural includes interactive elements for the blind

FORT WORTH, Texas – Some people will be able to read a new mural that was recently dedicated in Fort Worth.

The 2,000 square foot mural is unique for its interactive components, and goal of making a community seen.

It’s not just paint. It’s tactile.

Lighthouse for the Blind recently dedicated the high-contrast mural.

Someone who is visually-impaired can read the lighthouse history it depicts, and experience the mural through a raised miniature version.
