Empire State Plaza ice rink opens for season
The Empire State Plaza ice rink is now open for the season. (WNYT)
The ice skating rink opened to the public at noon on Friday.
The rink will be open Tuesday through Sunday noon to 8 p.m., weather permitting. It’s free to skate.
If you need to rent skates, it’s $4 for adults and $3 for children 12 and younger. However, on Saturdays, rental is free thanks to Hannaford.
