Lake George Village Board Trustee Raymond Perry is slated to serve as the next Lake George Village mayor. Perry is running unopposed.
The window to submit petitions of intentions to run for the position closed Tuesday, reported NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Post-Star.
He is looking to replace Bob Blais, who has served as mayor for 52 years.
Perry was first elected to the board in 2007.
The village election is scheduled for March 21, with the newly elected mayor beginning April 1.
