Four people charged in shoplifting spree at Pittsfield Ulta Beauty

Four people have been arrested in Pittsfield, after nearly $5,000 of merchandise was stolen from a beauty store.
Pittsfield Police were called on Monday evening to Ulta Beauty on Hubbard Avenue, for a shoplifting in progress, they said.
Police arrested Rayquan Carter, 22, of Albany and Jonneasia Welcome, 19, of Menands.
Two juveniles were also arrested.
Police say the location has been the target of multiple thefts in recent weeks.
