Body of missing Rensselaer County man found in Hoosic River

The body of a missing man in Rensselaer County has been found.

David Fearnley’s body was found in the Hoosic River Thursday night, said his family, not far from where his car was found near Valley Falls Road in Pittstown.

The body was found during a water training exercise, said the Rensselaer County Sheriff’s Office.

There was no foul play involved, said investigators.

Fearnley was last seen in late November.
