Some families of the Schoharie limo crash victims have reached a settlement in principle with Mavis Discount Tire.
This comes one day after the sentencing of limo company owner Nauman Hussain to five to 15 years in prison.
This was first reported by The Times Union.
NewsChannel 13 obtained court documents which show some the families have agreed in principle to a settlement in their wrongful death lawsuits. There is no word on an amount at this time.
Other families are still in talks.
