Missing woman found safe, no charges filed
The missing vulnerable adult who police believed was abducted, has been found safe.

Before she was found, the missing person was last seen on Peoples Avenue near 15th Street in the city of Troy at 7:16 p.m. Friday night.
Everyone involved was interviewed and no charges will be filed, police said.
