Albany man gets 25 years to life in roommate’s stabbing death

A man convicted of killing his roommate received 25 years to life in prison on Wednesday afternoon.
Jimmie Lee Allen stabbed and killed Rodney McLean, 56, near 97 Clinton Street in Albany, last August.
McLean was pronounced dead at the scene.
