New York State DMV unveils new regional license plates

You can now show your love for the Capital Region with a new license plate.
The state DMV commissioner revealed a series of new regional plates on Wednesday.
They include plates that feature the state Capitol, Saratoga Horse Racing, and Proctors in Schenectady.
