Fort Edward man charged with DWI after colliding with embankment
A Fort Edward man is charged with DWI after driving off the road and crashing into a dirt embankment.
At around 7:46 p.m. Saturday evening, Frederick Klotz, 52, was driving on Lake Shore Drive in the Town of Bolton when the 2017 Ford F-350 he was driving left the shoulder of the road and hit that embankment, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office said.
Police arrested Klotz after they determined he was driving while intoxicated.
He submitted to a breath test which showed a .15 of 1% BAC.
He was processed and released to appear in the Town of Bolton Court at a later date.
