A car ran a stop sign in Lake George, causing a deadly two-car crash, investigators said.
It happened around 10:20 Monday morning, on Route 9N near the Northway Exit 21 off-ramp.
A passenger in the car that ran the stop sign, Stenya Agranovsky, 94, was taken to Glens Falls Hospital, and died from her injuries, investigators said.
The other people in the cars were treated for minor injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation, said police, but speed and alcohol don’t appear to be factors.
