Collision between trucks, ambulance leads to I-787 rollover

A truck rollover on I-787 south tied up the Tuesday morning commute near Exit 6.

State Police responded to the roll over a little before 8 a.m. They say there was an accident involving a tractor-trailer, a box truck, and an ambulance, resulting in one of the trucks rolling over.

The right lane was closed between exits 6 and 5, but has since re-opened.

Police two people in the box truck suffered minor injuries. No one else — including the patient in the ambulance — was hurt.
