Greenwich man charged with raping girl

A man is facing rape charges in Washington County.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested Matthew Moses, 34, of Greenwich.
Moses is accused of raping a girl under the age of 17 over the course of more than a year.
He is now facing rape charges, forcible touching charges and endangering the welfare of a child charges.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Washington County Jail.
