Police: Naked man kicked in door at Warrensburg golf course

A Warrensburg man was arrested on Thursday for allegedly kicking in a door on the grounds of a golf course while naked.

The Warren County Sheriff’s Office received a report that a naked man had kicked in the door and entered an occupied dwelling located on the grounds of Cronin’s Golf Course in Warrensburg at about 4:30 a.m. Police located and arrested 41-year-old Wiley E. O’Dell.

Investigators learned that he also unlawfully entered a second dwelling that was unoccupied, police said.

O’Dell was charged with two felony counts of second-degree burglary. He was arraigned in Warren County Centralized Arraignment Court and released on his own recognizance to appear at later date in Warrensburg Town Court.

Police did not say why O’Dell was at the property and not wearing clothes.
